Nimisha Kajaria is an Associate with us and has assisted us on various matters from time to time. She is a Company Secretary and a Law graduate from Mumbai University. She began her career as an intern at Procter & Gamble. Pursuant to her internship she has worked briefly with a reputed PCS firm before starting her independent practice in 2014. Nimisha specializes in various Corporate Law Matters.

Ms. Pooja Sawarkar
Ms. Pooja Sawarkar is a Company Secretary besides being a Bachelor in Commerce and a law graduate. She has over 6 years of experience in corporate sector. In 2015 she established her independent practice in which she is associated with number of business houses as a corporate law consultant. She has assisted us in various matters. Her expertise is in corporate and securities laws and services.

Ankita Gupta
is a CS Trainee. She has completed he M.Com from Bombay University and CS Executive from the ICSI, India and CS professional two groups from the ICSI, India. She is also in her final year of LLB.
